A family story, the Molinas family

Mondial Capsule was born in 1989, in the industrial zone of Alta Gallura, in Sardinia, under the guidance of the Molinas family, capable and visionary people who perfectly know the wine sector.

Mondial Capsule, in fact, is one of the companies of the Molinas Group, which boasts, among others, the ownership of the Sugherificio Molinas SPA, the biggest 100% Italian cork factory.

Since the beginning, innovation and great performances

Since its foundation, Mondial Capsule has been able to react and respond proactively to the market needs, immediately renouncing to the production of lead capsules to concentrate on the research and development of tin and PVC capsules.

This has allowed the company to quickly become one of the main market players and to expand the range of the products offered.

From the historic capsules in tin and PVC, to the champagne hoods and wirehoods, up to the polylaminate capsules.

This is the products portfolio that Mondial Capsules can boast since 1997 thanks to the large investments made and the creation of high-tech production lines.

A family history, an international approach

A virtuous path that has allowed Mondial Capsule to win the trust of a large slice of the national market: from Veneto to Sardinia, from Friuli to Tuscany, up to Sicily. Today several hundred wineries have decided to rely on Mondial Capsule products.

In Italy, but also abroad: thanks to an international approach and to the high quality of its products, Mondial Capsule is experiencing great success even outside Italy, managing to conquer market shares in various countries, such as France, Germany, Israel, Greece, Algeria and Latin America.

A sustainable production

For several years Mondial Capsule embarked on a path of sustainable development. The construction of new renewable energy production plants, the efficiency of production lines and the reduction of fossil fuel consumption are some of the main measures adopted.
